We are absolutely thrilled to share some big news. Ghada Farah has officially joined the Mo Realty Team. If you have reached out to us in the last few weeks, you may already have met her. If not, here is a proper introduction.

Meet Ghada

Ghada comes to real estate with a background in client service, a sharp eye for detail, and the kind of calm, warm energy that makes people feel genuinely taken care of. Those are rare qualities in any industry. They are especially rare in an industry where transactions are often the biggest financial decision a family will ever make.

She is deeply rooted in the GTA, with particular knowledge of Mississauga and west Toronto. Outside of work, she loves spending time with family, exploring the city’s food scene, and can usually be convinced to try a new restaurant on very short notice.

What Ghada will be doing

Ghada will be working closely with Mo across the full client journey:

• First conversations with new clients to understand their goals and timeline
• Showings and property previews, especially for out of town or busy working buyers
• Transaction coordination, the behind the scenes work that keeps deals moving from offer to closing
• Client care, including the check ins, reminders, and follow ups that turn a transaction into a long term relationship

Why we grew the team now

Our philosophy has always been simple: every client deserves more attention than the typical single agent model can give. In practice, that means fewer clients per agent, faster responses, more showing availability, and more eyes on the details that matter at each stage.

As our client base has grown, the only honest way to keep that promise is to add the right people. Ghada is exactly the right person. We would not be making this announcement if we had any doubts about whether she would raise the bar for everyone we work with.
